Why do we do one-to-one Yoga?

One-to-one Yoga sessions provide a deeper mind-body connection, with tailored guidance to meet your unique needs. We focus on your body, abilities, level, mind and emotions. Whatever you are experiencing can be addressed and adapted to suit your energy. Yoga isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ practice - each of us has a unique structure, mind and way of being. Group yoga classes create a powerful sense of community and can bring new dimensions to your practice through shared experience. I offer a variety of group classes, including Flow, Slow Flow foundations, and Yin, so there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re just beginning your yoga journey or are a seasoned yogi, there’s a class suited to every "body." All classes are held in a supportive environment designed to amplify your practice.

Reiki Energy Therapy

$70 p/60min session with a short consultation at the end of the session

What is Reiki?

Reiki is rooted in ancient Japanese healing practices and is considered a form of energy healing. The word “Reiki” comes from “Rei”, meaning Universal, and “Ki” meaning life energy. Reiki aims to support the flow of energy and remove blockages, much like Acupuncture and Acupressure. Energy can stagnate in the body due to physical injury or stored emotional pain. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive way to balance energy, and it’s often sought to promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and support emotional healing.
